Westmount Dental Cares About Safety

While in the clinic, patients must:

• Maintain social distancing of 2 meters while in the clinic
• Wear a mask - if you do not have one, one will be provided
• Sanitize hands with hand sanitizer, which is provided
• Come alone, unless accompanied by a legal guardian or caregiver

Westmount Dental staff will:

• Maintain social distancing of 2 meters whenever possible
• Wear a mask at all times
• Thoroughly wash hands frequently with an alcohol-based rub or with soap and water
• Use all necessary personal protective equipment as directed
• Clean and disinfect work surfaces, phones, keyboards, and electronics
• Follow all guidelines regarding self-isolation  and reporting if in contact with anyone with COVID-19 symptoms, testing positive for COVID-19, or traveling outside the country

Consent

Prior to your appointment, patients will need to complete a COVID consent form. To speed up your appointment, on the day of your appoinment you may print and fill out the attached consent form. We will take your temperature reading at the clinic and complete that portion of the consent.
