THE MULTI-STAGE INVISALIGN® PROCESS

Firstly, our dentist will prepare a treatment plan after carefully examining the position of your teeth and your goals. We take a digital computerized 3-D image of impressions of your teeth to work with throughout the treatment process.

Customised clear aligners will be crafted with specialized Invisalign technology according to the treatment plan that you wear at each stage of your treatment. Typically, 20-30 aligners per arch are prepared for a complete treatment.

The aligners at each stage are worn for about 2 weeks, except while eating, drinking, brushing and flossing. In each stage, the old aligner will be replaced with the next in the series, as your teeth will shift each week slightly until they get straightened to their ideal position.

You must visit your dentist once every 6 weeks to ensure that the treatment is progressing per the plan.
